This subscription software offers the advanced processing features needed for predictive maintenance of critical components, system troubleshooting, and increased productivity.
Upgrade to Thermal Studio Pro to access Route Creator (sold separately): A feature that lets users create their own inspection map and download it to cameras with Inspection Route enabled. The camera then directs the user through the inspection in a logical sequence and loads a reference image of each asset the thermographer can use to align new images with an initial baseline shot. This ensures accurate data collection that helps thermographers spot heating trends before they become critical problems. Available in more than 20 languages, the Thermal Studio software is key to producing professional thermal images and reports.

Thermal Studio Pro plugins (sold separately)
Complete your inspections efficiently and reduce reporting time by 50% with the Route Creator plugin (sold separately) for Thermal Studio Pro. This plugin allows you to build an inspection path for every location survey that you can either print or download and run from a thermal camera (sold separately) that has Inspection Route enabled.* Inspection Route directs you through the pre-planned survey so you can acquire temperature data and thermal images in a logical sequence. This helps automate data management and allows you to easily maintain historical records for improved predictive maintenance. Once you’ve completed an inspection, you can upload images to the Ignite cloud or import images, data, and notes directly into your report templates, cutting your reporting time in half.
The SI-Series plugin (sold separately)
The plugin (sold separately) allows you to import acoustic images from cameras to Thermal Studio, edit and analyze them, and create advanced reports. With the plugin (sold separately) you’ll have support for automatic fault classification, severity indication, recommended action for utility inspections, and estimation of leak volume and cost savings for air leaks. Combine acoustic images with thermal imaging in the same report. The plugin is available as a perpetual license and is compatible with all versions of Thermal Studio desktop software (Starter, Standard, and Pro).
