Work with advanced simplicity with this single sensor pressure calibrator that features a 0 to 300 psi range and the AHX system A with a 0 to 580 psi/40 bar pressure range. In addition, it's the world's first combined pressure and mA loop calibrator to be fully temperature compensated from -4 to 122°F (-20 to 50°C).

Replace several gauges or calibrators with this handheld pressure calibrator, featuring an accuracy of up to 0.035% of reading. Experience no change in accuracy throughout the entire operating temperature range with this calibrator that is fully temperature compensated. In addition, inputs are included for mA, voltage, and switch testing.
Features
Current, voltage, switch test
Full 0 to 24 mA loop calibrator. Measure and source (including step and ramp) with external loop power or internal 24 V DC loop power supply. On top of that it also measures 0 to 55 mA. Use the high speed switch mode screen to detect switch open and closures.
Scaling
When testing a transmitter, it can be beneficial to view the input in units other than mA. For example, if measuring a 4-20 signal on a 0 to 30 psi transmitter, the upper display will show 12 mA when 15 psi is applied. This pressure calibrator will perform this calculation for you, displaying the mA value as psi.
% Error calculation
This pressure calibrator can calculate pressure vs. mA error as a percentage of the 4-20 mA loop span. For example, if you are testing a 30 psi full scale pressure transmitter with a corresponding 4-20 mA signal, you can program into the calibrator a 0 to 30 psi pressure span, and it will calculate and display the percent error in addition to the mA reading. This eliminates the need to manually calculate the error percentage.
Calibrate with confidence anywhere
Take measurements with up to 0.035% of reading accuracy. This pressure calibrator includes an ISO 17025 calibration report - NIST traceable, A2LA accredited (#2601.01), internationally recognized by ILAC - with test data at 5 temperatures, proving our calibrators meet specifications throughout their full temperature range. Other manufacturers charge extra for a report with data only at room temperature
Fittings for life
Crystal Pressure Fittings (sold separately) are machined in high-strength 316 stainless steel to operate at 10,000 psi/700 bar. Removable CPF adapters shift everyday thread wear away from this pressure calibrators ports, while a self-venting weep hole alerts you before you disconnect from a pressurized system.
Features that require the use of the free CrystalControl software
Automatic shutoff-low power mode
To optimize battery life, adjust your Automatic Shutoff time (shut off time in absence of key press) on the unit or through the free CrystalControl software. This feature is adjustable from 5 minutes to "always on". When powered by USB, this calibrator does not employ any power management strategies. Therefore, it will not automatically shut off to the settings defined by CrystalControl.
Navigation
Arrow buttons: The (arrow) buttons serve different functions depending on the mode of operation. Press any of the four (arrow) buttons to enter "Navigation Mode". In this mode, the user can scroll through editable fields directly onscreen. Any field that can be edited will be highlighted in blue
Zero button
Press the (zero) button to activate the function key options. This calibrator will display the parameters that are currently shown on the upper and lower displays. Press the (function) button for the parameter that you would like to zero. The display will then briefly flash all dashed lines (-----), indicating that it has been zeroed.
Note: If you attempt to zero the gauge with more pressure applied than the zero limit set on this calibrator (or with CrystalControl) the command will be ignored, and over zero Limit will display.
