The TED is a great product to sell because it offers both product and service revenue through product sales and installation. In addition, TED receives lots of coverage in the media - customers looking for the product can find you too if you carry and market the product.

Resellers are offered preferential pricing. The amount of the discount is calculated per order based on the size of your order.

How Do I Become a Reseller?

To become a reseller, please fill in our reseller application form at the link below. Our program coordinator will review your application and contact you to discuss your market, opportunities and sales/marketing strategy.

We Make it Easy For You!

When you partner with us to become a reseller, you order from within Canada in Canadian dollars and your orders will ship from our Canadian warehouse(s). We are responsible for the complicated and expensive process of importing - paperwork, taxes, duties, currency, etc. You can check out by credit card, wire transfer/EFT, company cheque and - if you are approved - you can use credit terms.

You will receive an expected ship date as soon as we process your order and a tracking number will automatically be sent when your order ships. You'll also receive a delivery notification, in case you're not the one to sign for the package.

You'll be supported by a dedicated team who knows the product, the customer's needs and your needs inside and out for product support, ordering and returns/warranty-related issues.
