True hand-held portable instrument with a built-in 7" tablet-like touch LCD display. The HDPQ Visa SP has the same measurement and communications capabilities, but is housed in an IP65 enclosure without an LCD display, and can also be powered by the circuit being measured. The IP65 enclosure greatly expands the applications into outdoor and harsh environments, along with other applications where an LCD display is undesirable.

Designed for applications such as aviation, naval, military, etc. requiring 400Hz capabilities, it is also an all-purpose tool that can be used for any traditional 50/60Hz application.
